Terms and Conditions – Equestrian Whiteboards

By placing an order with Fototrailer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

2. Orders and Pricing

Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in euros €.
Payment: We accept bank transfers and credit card. Payment is due in full upon design acceptance, the product will not be produced without payment.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

3. Product Customization

Design Submissions: You are responsible for providing accurate and high-quality design files.
Color Matching: We will make every effort to match colors as closely as possible, but variations may occur.
Proof Approval: You must approve a digital proof before production begins. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.

4. Production and Shipping

Production Time: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.
Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order and your shipping address.
Shipping Damage: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact us immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
Product Defects: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective item or issue a refund.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

Design Ownership: You retain ownership of your uploaded and/or send designs and logo’s. However, Fototrailer reserves the right of the custom designs and Fototrailer has the right to use the designs for promotional purposes after you give permission.
Copyright: All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

- Disclaimer: Fototrailer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
